Where you'll be

Indian River, Michigan

Located in the scenic Indian River area of northern Michigan, Mullett Lake offers breathtaking views and experiences to appeal to your need for relaxation and your desire for excitement. The clear water of the lake invites you to cast a line in search of the "big one" and cruise across the waves at whatever your speed - be it a raft, canoe, kayak, fishing or powerboat.

Mullett Lake is one of Michigan's largest inland lakes, spanning nearly 11 miles for southern to northern tip, and nearly 17 miles around. The ample size of the lake allows for all boaters to feel like Mullett is "their own personal lake."

Mullett Lake is an excellent fishery, containing large populations of game species, including brown trout, brook trout, rainbow trout, lake trout, splake, smelt, northern Pike, muskellunge, yellow perch, walleye, small-mouth bass, large-mouth bass, and most notably lake sturgeon (the state record specimen was taken from these waters)

Day-trips and activities abound from the central location of the cabins. A short drive to fun locations like Petoskey, Mackinaw Island, Gaylord, and Traverse City provide great experiences including shopping, scenic lookouts, golf courses, casinos, and many family adventures.
